ACSI offers a comprehensive youth employment program in partnership with Career Source of Central Florida for youth ages 16-24, who face barriers to education, employment and training.  We employ youth as interns as we simultameously train and groom them to be MVP employees.  We provide a wide variety of training and mentoring techniques to ensure that all youth have the skills and training they need to successfully make the transition to adulthood and careers. Youth are taught how to build a strong and compelling resume, develop people skills, gain excellent customer service skills, discover their career path, or pursue entrepreneurship, and build a network of future supporters.  We assist those with legal barriers to transform their lives by earning their high school diploma, and we teach them the importance of becoming community leaders. ACSI is a 501c3 non-profit community-based organization that provides services to citizens of Florida and beyond.

Our primary focus is on youth, single women with children and the elderly who are economically and technologically disadvantaged.

We provide select services through training and development to provide assistance to our target groups to promote self-sufficiency and to assist small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs to create and maintain jobs in local neighborhoods.
