CACEY MITCHELL
Cacey is a seasoned network engineer and manager with over 10 years of experience. As a proud son of a Vietnam War veteran, Cacey brings a strong sense of duty and commitment to serving his community as a nonprofit board member. He is dedicated to using his technical expertise to make a positive impact in the world and supports the mission of the Anointed Community Service International through his board membership as Vice Chair.
SAIDA COWELS-WATSON
She is the co-founder of Anointed Community Services, Inc., and is the daughter of an Army veteran with 13+ years experience in Finance and Accounting in the medical field. Saida has a love for people and especially the elderly. She is sensitive to the elderly and hurting people in general.
RAYNETTE MITCHELL
She has 20+ years at Emory Healthcare Clinic in Atlanta, Georgia. She is the daughter of an Army veteran and an entrepreneur with a variety of talents. Raynette is the founder and President of Diva Brella LLC, the Vice President of Jus Blues Music Foundation in Atlanta, Georgia and continuously gives back to her community by providing scholarships to young people who show an interest in the Arts.
MARCIA HOLDER
She is a highly experienced bookkeeper, financial assistant and office manager with a community mindset. She is an accountant who has many years of experience serving people in her community. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 20+ years experience. She works works closely with the Chief Executive Office of CMCG, Inc. to ensure the financial stability of the company. She also provides accountant oversight for C.I. Holder Ministries in Minneola, Florida. Marcia is an ethical, compassionate, dedicated and committed mother of 4 girls and has a heart of gold.
SONYA PETERKIN, ESQ.
She is a Florida licensed attorney and the founding attorney of the Law Office of S.A. Peterkin. Her passion for immigration law originates from her experience as a child of two immigrant parents, and being raised in a largely immigrant community. Due to her Caribbean roots and experiences, Attorney Peterkin personally relates to immigrants and their families. As a Certified Domestic Violence Advocate, she has worked with many domestic violence victims in Central Florida. She also provides legal services and volunteers to assist the homeless and disabled residents of Clermont, Florida.
ALVIN JNBAPTISTE
He is an honorable U.S. Air Force veteran with 20 years as a Federal Manager in Aviation Operations. As manager, Alvin manages people, projects, and budgets. His responsibilities are decision-maker and executing policies related to the operations. His duties require supervising employees, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring security and maintenance standards meet federal policies and requirements. Alvin establishes cultural norms and high morale within the work environment. He served on a variety of nonprofit boards and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working with disproportionate individuals in the U.S. and abroad, to include ex-offenders and homeless residents. He contributes to charitable organization such as In My Back Yard and the Federal Employee Educational & Assistance Fund, etc.…
About Us
ACSI is a 501c3 non-profit community-based organization that provides services to citizens of Florida and abroad.
Our primary focus is on youth, single women with children, and the elderly who are economically and technologically disadvantaged.
We provide training and development to our target population in order to promote self-sufficiency. We empower our clients with the necessary knowledge to promote lasting change, by teaching the principles to become small business owners and entrepreneurs in order to create and maintain jobs in their local communities.

LINDA D. COWELS
She is the founder and CEO of Anointed Community Services International, Inc. Linda is the daughter of an Army veteran. She has 31 years experience as an Executive Assistant and 20+ years experience as an Entrepreneur helping the less fortunate. Linda has a two-year degree in Paralegal Studies, with coursework in Corporate Business, Business Management & Marketing. An associate and bachelor degree in Christian Theology.
