Anointed Community Services International (ACSI) empowers economically and technologically disadvantaged individuals, focusing on women, underprivileged youth, and seniors.

We provide leadership development, education, career advancement opportunities, eliminate food insecurities for seniors, and remove barriers to basic needs to foster community success.

We are thrilled to move into the new Elese Tomlin Empowerment Center! A huge thanks to the Livewell Foundation for their generous grant that made this building possible, as they recognized the importance of the programs created by Anointed Community Services Int'l and provided to the underserved residents in the community in partnership with the City of Groveland.

Join us in celebrating as we enhance educational programs and provide brand new vocational opportunities aimed at empowering our community members to reach their full potential. From changing the lives of countless youth ages 5-24, feeding vulnerable seniors and veterans, to boosting our ESOL program and offering avenues for unemployed residents to find better wage-earning jobs, the Empowerment Center is set to make a real difference in Groveland.

Services We Offer

We strategically focus on women and youth (ages 6-24).  In additional, we offer programs to empower veterans, senior citizens and the developmentally disabled as we help them live life more abundantly and/or live out their dreams.

Services we offer include:

  • Assistance applying for Food Stamps and Medicaid

  • Assistance creating resume and seeking employment

  • English for Spanish Speakers (ESOL)

  • Domestic Violence Training

  • Parenting Classes for Single Parents

  • Work Experiential & Paid Internship for Youth (16-24)

  • Basic Computer Classes

  • Life Skills Classes

    The Women’s Ignite Network empowers women (especially mothers) to overcome barriers, build life and career skills, and create stable, independent futures through mentorship, education, and community support.

  • Growing Early Minds (GEM)

    Education

    The Growing Early Minds (GEM) Program equips youth ages 5–15 with the academic support, mentorship, and enrichment they need to build confidence, strengthen literacy and math skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

  • Veteran and Senior Empowerment (VASE)

    Meals on Wheels

    The Veterans and Seniors Empowerment Project (VASE) provides essential meals, education, and supportive services to seniors, veterans, and disabled adults—reducing food insecurity, preventing isolation, and promoting safety, dignity, and community connection.

  • Men's Empowerment Program (M.E.N.)

    Classes | Events | Community

    The Men’s Empowerment Program equips men with the support, guidance, and community they need to strengthen relationships, navigate life challenges, and grow into confident, purpose-driven leaders.

About Anointed Community Services

ACSI is a 501c3 non-profit community-based organization that provides services to citizens of Florida and abroad.

Our primary focus is on youth, single women with children, and the elderly who are economically and technologically disadvantaged.

We provide training and development to our target population in order to promote self-sufficiency. We empower our clients with the necessary knowledge to promote lasting change, by teaching the principles to become small business owners and entrepreneurs in order to create and maintain jobs in their local communities.
