Dr. Uba is a writer and author of many books to include "Kingdom Warfare" and is a seasoned man of God with much prophetic grace and anointing. He is the founder and Overseer of the International Kingdom Soul Network and the Senior Pastor and overseer at Mediator's Covenant International Church with branches in Abia State, Port Harcourt, Nigeria, Atlanta, Georgia and Clermont, Florida.

Luis has over 20 years experience in Law Enforcement and logistics. He served as a Minister and Coordinator of activities in the Church of the Nazarene in Puerto Rico for 13 years.
